Education
Rob Foote is completing a Master of Business Administration and holds professional designations in supply chain management and trades leadership. His education supports a practical approach to governance, financial stewardship, and strategic decision-making.

Work Experience
Rob has built his career in logistics, procurement, inventory management, and healthcare supply chain operations across the Northwest Territories. As Territorial Manager, Inventory and Supply Chain Quality with the Northwest Territories Health and Social Services Authority, he leads system improvement initiatives, policy development, and strategic operational planning.
Since joining Yellowknife City Council, Rob has applied his experience in public sector leadership, fiscal stewardship, and community engagement to support practical and informed decision-making.
